About Me
Sometimes it’s hard to get help from someone who hasn’t been there..
As an optimistic athlete I always thought my training would result in success, but coming from a history of being a very tight and inflexible youth, combined with poor advice from trainers, a rocky road was ahead.
As I sustained injuries I spent thou$ands on seeing therapists who narrowly saw my complaint as being isolated to the area that hurt at that time, and applied a redundant protocol they never improved on since getting their degree. This didn’t work.
I’ve spent 20 years developing a way that works.
I topped the class in a masters degree, taught yoga for over a decade, trained world champs and consulted for military, SAS and product development.
I’m confident that the tools I've amassed can help you prevent injury, treat pain and perform better.
